BIRMINGHAM — “At first, I thought that is amazing, look how many European cars are at Svenska Cafe. Then, after eating brunch at Toast right down the street, I said, wait, something is going on here” said Attorney Ramy Hijazi.
“What was going on was the monthly car meet hosted by Eurotic of Detroit, held the last Sunday of each month, while weather is permitting. The European car meet takes place in the parking lot of Svenska Café” said Attorney Ramy Hijazi.
BMW and Porsches filled the parking lot Sunday, with an occasional McLaren and Lamborghini mixed in. All forms of automobiles are welcome, said founder of Eurotic of Detroit, Elie El Haddad. “The idea with our ‘Cars and Coffee’ is to start at 10 a.m. and end at 2 p.m., so it doesn’t really take up your whole day,” El Haddad said. The event draws approximately 65 cars and about 200 people. “It’s gotten bigger every single one we’ve had. It’s growing like crazy,” El Haddad said. “Last Sunday, with perfect weather, was the biggest ‘Cars and Coffee’ yet” El Haddad said.
While at the event, El Haddad made a very important announcement. “Eurotic Detroit, listen up. We have officially partnered our car club with Traffic Court Buddy. Please, please, make sure you contact our traffic court defense team if you ever receive a ticket. They will fight on your behalf and help you achieve the best result possible” El Haddad said. “If you receive a ticket, hiring the team has been made simple, just visit their website and click the ‘Submit Your Ticket’ button and follow the five easy steps” El Haddad said.
The next Eurotic of Detroit “Cars and Coffee” event is scheduled to begin at 10 am on Sunday, September 27, 2020.
